Angelo helped us navigate through our first purchase on the market. We were fearful of the buyers market as potential first home owners, especially in the current climate of housing market; going through Angelo was the best choice we ever made! - The properties which Angelo deals with warrant quality and assurance - we had already seen a few places prior to our purchase and every one we had drew our interests. - Angelo is an approachable and a honest person - Angelo was the only agent who actually remembered us from the second visit to inspection; interacting with him was one of the few times during our campaign where we didn't feel like a commercial product! - Angelo displayed extensive knowledge about the property and the surrounding areas, even after sales completion - As it was our first purchase we had a million questions; Angelo has always been polite in answering any questions and has shown high levels of professionalism and expertise when we needed help. Out property was bought within an auction and Angelo went out of his way to help us out on making is successful, overall we were extremely happy with the purchase experience. Selling the family home is always an extremely daunting experience. Kieron and the team ensured that from our very first meeting, all of our concerns were listened to, our ideas considered and any decision that were made were done as a collective. This partnering approach coupled with a great level of communication through the process built a really strong dynamic between Kieron his team and our family. We did meet with other agents in the beginning and had planed to have additional meetings with each of them before we made the decision of who we'd list with. After our first meeting with Kieron we knew immediately this was the direction we would take. From the advertising, to the marketing to the signage to the branding etc.....it was all superbly arranged and executed. Letting people into your family home, to view, judge and experience what means so much to us is a really complex emotional journey, however at no stage did we feel uncomfortable or saddened. When we sell again, it will be with Kieron and his team. What also means a lot is that we are in regular contact with the new owners, who simply are in heaven with their new home. This is also due to Kieron and his team looking to make it work for both parties. We sold more than a house, we sold our home....and it honestly felt like Kieron was doing the same.
