Highly recommend Hayden and Olivia Duncan - McGrath
Purchasing your first home can be quite a stressful period though we felt at ease with Hayden and Olivia from McGrath. The property was listed on Domain.com.au with lots of pictures, a floor plan and a short video which sets McGrath out from the pack. From the minute we step foot in our soon-to-purchase property the door greeter welcomed us with a brochure, he remembered us each time we visited which is rare these days (and we have been to many open inspections). We felt comfortable with Hayden and Olivia who were very genuine and knowledgeable, spending time with us during the inspection and a lot more time via phone and email correspondence to answer our questions leading up to auction day. Leading up to settlement day, Hayden and Olivia was always on hand to liaise with the seller and our conveyancer at all hours. If you have visited many inspections in the same area you will become very familiar with the same agents, we definitely recommend Hayden and Olivia from McGrath from our personal experience and we would not hesitate to contact them to sell our place.

Successful sale through excellent negotiation
As a house that was going to the market the second time within 4 months, Kieran achieved an excellent result in difficult conditions. He was able to gain a great rapport with potential buyers that allowed for successful negotiations and a great price achieved for our house. We cannot recommend Kieran highly enough to any future sellers, and will be my go to agent in the future for any properties I have to sell.

Solid performance from an agent very familiar with St George area

He and his team presented a very coherent and well-thought out marketing plan, professionally supported by agents at the time of open house inspections. This continued throughout an extended marketing period, and included a successful negotiation that eventually concluded with a mutually satisfactory outcome. Angelo took the time to ensure I was aware of what was happening in the market and made great suggestions on timing and how to market my unit. He kept me informed and chased up all potential buyers to ensure I had the best chance of selling at the best price. I never felt pressured or unclear of what was happening and what next steps were. Very personable and supportive through what can be a daunting time.
