Hayden and Olivia Duncan
Hayden and Olivia made the entire process simple and seamless. They took into consideration all our needs and went above and beyond all I could have expected. I had some issues with my father being Ill and they took control of everything leaving me with no worries on how the process was being handled. I had complete trust in everything they did and their caring attitude was much appreciated when they went out of the way meeting me to discuss anything and always kept me in touch with everything going on in a personable and professional manner. Overall a great experience in what was a stressful situation for me - what a team and thanks so much.

Extremely professional
We found Hayden and Olivia very professional and organised throughout the auction campaign. Fantastic communication, this obviously shows that are doing the very best they can for their vendors. They were always aware of the complete picture for their vendor leading up to the auction. They were also really pleasant to deal with. If we ever need to sell our property in the future we would have no seconds thoughts engaging Hayden and Olivia. We would highly recommend them!

Feedback on our experience with McGrath, Hayden and Olivia
We had decided we wanted a very professional company to sell our terrace and therefore chose McGrath real estate. We were looking through the sales agents and came across Hayden who we had dealt with in the local area previously. From the first meeting with Hayden and Olivia we were given honest, professional and realistic advice from them and also helpful contacts regarding styling and conveyancing. The whole campaign they were informative, professional, helpful, friendly and this made for a stress free experience for us. We had an excellent outcome on auction day thanks to the outstanding advertising campaign by Hayden and Olivia, excellent auctioneer and the team. Very Likeable
Hayden is a very likeable agent, easy to talk to and not stand-offish like some agents. I found him open and easy to deal with and someone you can have a laugh with which lightens the mood when you're dealing with the tense situation of selling your house. He has that ability to talk to you and not through you, which I like. His feedback was good however I would have preferred a little more in depth feedback from him where offers were concerned.
