After speaking with several agents, we decided to go with Kieran Bresnahan of McGraths. He and his team presented a very coherent and well-thought out marketing plan, professionally supported by agents at the time of open house inspections. This continued throughout an extended marketing period, and included a successful negotiation that eventually concluded with a mutually satisfactory outcome. Brendan was tireless in trying to seek a good sale outcome.

Angelo took the time to ensure I was aware of what was happening in the market and made great suggestions on timing and how to market my unit. He kept me informed and chased up all potential buyers to ensure I had the best chance of selling at the best price. I never felt pressured or unclear of what was happening and what next steps were. Very personable and supportive through what can be a daunting time.

Angelo was very professional throughout the entire sale process. He was in constant communication with me providing valuable advice and feedback. I never needed to ring Angelo requesting updates, he was always pro active in providing information. If the need ever arose I would appoint Angelo as my agent again and would recommend him to any vendor.

My wife an I found Kieran to be very professional during the entire auction process. He has an extensive knowledge of the Oatley realestate market and was able to provide us with an estimated valuation in which we had confidence. His planning and documentation of our auction process was excellent resulting in a significant number of registered bidders attending the auction. Overall we are very happy with the service provided by Kieran.

I have had Kieran sell several properties for me over the years.I think his most important asset is his honesty--- about the value , the property, and the prospects for a sale. He gives a realistic prognosis as is witnessed in the result. He had a great knowledge of the current market. Also, he is a people person who can communicate very well and read people very well. I have been extremely pleased with the result of every dealing I have had with him.I really respect his knowledge and his advice. Simply the Best!!!!!

We had looked on and off for six years for a house and in that time had met many agents. Being a buyer is a great way to see how agents operate and when it came time to sell our home, there was only one agent we knew we wanted, Kieran. We trusted in Kieran and in the McGrath process and he did not let us down. Kieran and his team exceeded our expections with their professionalism, knowledge and results.

Hayden gave a realistic expectation of what the current market conditions were combined with his experience, expertise and thoughtful consideration of what we were going through proved to be without any doubt the best choice of agent we could have had. Thank you Hayden.
