Josh and Tracy did an incredible job!
Josh, Tracy and the McGrath team have been incredible as both PMs and recently as our sales agents. The market has been soft recently, and despite a well-executed campaign, buyers were scarce. Josh and Tracy did an incredible job securing us a sale and the maximum amount of money they could. A very professional team
Living interstate for nearly 15 years I relied heavily on Josh and Tracy who provided great local market knowledge about the best approach to sell my property. After each open for inspection I was called with the results, and we’d discuss the best way forward based on the feedback and how the market was trending in the area. All options were discussed as we progressed through the sales campaign. A very professional team with great market knowledge and customer service.
