Could not be happier
Melanie acted as my agent for a property sold at auction just this last weekend. In a softer market, agents need to work harder for a good result and Melanie certainly worked hard to achieve the best possible result I could have hoped for. At a time when other agents were talking down my chances of achieving a price close to what i wanted, Melanie saw it's potential, and did what she could to help realise it. From the beginning her advice was invaluable at how to present the property, and during the campaign her communication, and feedback from potential buyers was regular and spot on. She was always available when I needed any question answered and auction day was a great success! Couldn't be happier and would recommend McGrath's, and particularly Melanie to anyone.

Even prior to looking to sell our house at Bailey Avenue Josh was extremely helpful. He provided local knowledge advice to our renovation plans giving suggestions to maximise value with the project. He always kept in contact interested in our progress during our approval process with council. When we decided to sell the process with Josh and the team at McGrath was seamless. Amazing Agent
Melanie Walden was an Amazing agent, we were kept well informed throughout the process we received calls promptly after every home inspection and if offers where received. We were very happy with the service provided, from the initial engagement of service, they organised the maintenance that was required, furnishing, photography and advertising within a week Both Melanie and the other staff at McGrath St Kilda are all fantastic to deal with both for sales and as rental agents. I would highly recommend them.

Best in Melbourne
Melanie is everything that you wish all agents were; professional, hardworking, honest, empathetic, and with a wicked sense of humour. Even though I wasn't quite ready to sell when I first met Melanie, she followed up with me every now and then to check in to see if I needed any assistance. When I interviewed agents a year later, only Melanie came prepared with a full proposal and an action plan of how she would go about selling. I knew immediately that she would get the job done well. Throughout the sales campaign, I was updated almost daily and immediately after every inspection and discussed feedback and ways forward. On some occasions Melanie would take buyers through 2-3 times per day outside of the open times to ensure no leads were missed. My property sold before the end of the campaign, and I put this down to Melanie's hard work and following up with every person that came to inspect the property. I wouldn't even consider working with any other agent in the future.
