Very straight forward, honest and easy to deal with. Fantastic communication skills - keeping us informed of the process the entire way. Would recommend! :)

David has proven to be the best agent ever and no amount of words can do him justice! The least I can do is mention that, both my husband and I were incredibly impressed! He is extremely hard-working, knowledgeable and professional, a super skilled negotiator, most efficient to organise the impossible and to sort out sollutions in an instant, always ready to turn any negative into a positive and to address any unexpected issues. He is always available, never misses a beat (or a call) and would go out of his way to represent us while never giving up and getting the best price possible! Experience (which he has in abundance) is priceless but if you top it up with extreme dedication ( he has that too) and add to this a natural and very rare talent for selling (at his best again!), you get a winning formula and that is David! We couldn't have been happier with the result and couldn't have chosen a better person in a million years! Thank you once more for a fast and fantastic sale in challenging times!

David and his colleague Vishnu helped me secure my first home. All through the process from inspection to negotiation to final settlement - they made it a stress free and easy. My thanks to him and all his team at LJ Strathfield.

We have known David for many years as he was handling the rental of our property. He has always proven to be efficient, skilled and knowledgeable in his industry. We recently sold our property and David was very much involved in making sure we got the best price possible, giving us advice and achieving the satisfied result. We have no hesitation in recommending David to any prospective buyer or seller.

David takes the complexity out of the sale process and delivers results. His straight forward, open and honest approach is refreshing and reflected in both verbal and written reports received after each open inspection.

I've had my property managed by LJ Hooker Strathfield for 10 years and have had absolutely no issues during that time which gave me a lot of reassurance everything was managed well. I really appreciated the great service over so many years. Now David has sold the property while having challenges in the market. David has excellent knowledge of the area and easy to work with. He is very efficient and good at communicating updates with me throughout the sell. It has been a pleasure.
