Would definitely recommend
As a young first home buyer, Mark was very helpful in this process with a relaxed demeanour and friend attitude. He consistently went out of his way - Facebook live viewings during lockdowns, flexible contact around my busy shift work schedule, he even water blasted my concrete! Would definitely recommend.

Hardest worker in Real Estate!
My husband and I found Telly to be extremely knowledgeable regarding the market with the highest standard of honesty, reliability and negotiation skills. In a rising market he achieved an outstanding price for our home in a very quick period of time. We could not be happier and certainly recommend him to anyone. This is the second real estate transaction we have had with Telly and his service just gets better and better.

On point as usual!
As usual, Telly came up with the best possible outcome that we could have hoped for. The open honest dialogue with both the vendor (us) and the purchaser resulted in a sale that worked for both parties within hours of the first open home. This is not the first time Telly has achieved this outcome for us and we see it as not part of the current property climate, but more so of his knowledge and ability to listen to both parties involved and then deliver.

Excellent !
Telly was very professional. His communication is open and honest. He is very proactive and gives advice based on his experience. He is contactable by phone most of the time and if not, he sends a text message or returns your call within a few minutes. He was also very patient as there were procedure related questions that I did not get. Telly listens to you well and works with you accordingly. He is surely the number 1 agent in Parkwood ! Really well done :)

Telly is the best
I have had experience with many real estate agents in the past but no one has compared to Telly.
