I was not looking to sell until I renovated the house and then received a flyer under the door from Mark regarding interested buyers. Mark was excellent in communicating access to the property as I was working away, and before I knew it I had a couple of offers in to buy my house. We had a few small issues with getting things over the line however Mark was excellent in keeping things seamless without too much stress, and then I got an offer that was well above what I expected.
