I was not looking to sell until I renovated the house and then received a flyer under the door from Mark regarding interested buyers. Mark was excellent in communicating access to the property as I was working away, and before I knew it I had a couple of offers in to buy my house. We had a few small issues with getting things over the line however Mark was excellent in keeping things seamless without too much stress, and then I got an offer that was well above what I expected. Great job by Mark right through to settlement and definitely would and have referred Mark to other people.

This is the second time I have employed Mark to sell a property and would not hesitate to employ him again. He is HONEST, has great communication which I appreciated as I'm very hands on. Mark takes the pressure off the whole " until your un-conditional" experience by meeting with building and pest inspectors, valuers etc. Very professional thoroughly recommend Mark.
