Buying your first home is an overwhelming experience but having an agent who is honest, transparent and professional assisting us made it an incredibly positive and exciting experience. We recently purchased a property through Scott at McGrath. I made an initial online enquiry about the property and shortly after received a personal call back from Scott willing to work in with us and show us through the property at a time convenient for us. We were immediately impressed with Scott’s polite, respectful, 'no playing games' approach, but most of all his guidance and open communication throughout the process was very much appreciated. We had been looking at houses for quite some time and had some bad encounters so it was very nice to know that there are agents out there who are ethical and have integrity in an industry that is not always known for it. It's pretty rare to find an agent who gets 5 stars in each of the categories but Steve's market knowledge, communication skills, credibility and his negotiating skills deserve every one of the stars. We were thrilled with the result (speed and price) he delivered for our sale and seriously question why anyone would go looking anywhere else for an agent on the Central Coast. I promise I'm not related to him but having now bought and sold with Steve, he comes with our highest recommendation.

From our first interaction with Steve we both felt very comfortable with giving him our property to sell. Having lived in our home for nearly 30 years there was a lot of apprehension as to how to approach the sale process. Steve listened and guided us through this process and when we actually went to market it all went very smoothly. There was no stress and any queries we raised along the way were promptly addressed which made for a seamless marketing of our home. Steve is surrounded by a great team who added to, dare we say, an almost enjoyable experience. Would we recommend Steve. Absolutely!

Trevor Hamilton is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Since moving to the coast we have bought one property and sold two properties via him and I wouldn’t trust anyone over him to sell real estate on my behalf.
