From the on set regardless of the the final outcome which was fabulous, Steve and the team were ..... just could not fault them. Steve knows his stuff and the back up support and communication was unsurpassable. It has all gone so quickly it seems like a blur- we put in the yard yards to present the property to achieve the best possible outcome and mcGrath did the rest. Seamlessly. ( it appeared) but with great gusto and enthusiasm. We have watch properties sit on the market at Copa for a long time with other agents but poof ours was gone in just under 4 weeks and before auction at a price we are very happy for. They were there from the onset giving us support communication and data but even though we are sold they are still there after, helping us with logistics of move and settlement paper work. Having dealt with many agents in the past in other properties I can't sing Steve and Hayleigh's praises enough. So much so we wanted them to sell our Sydney property. Haha But again he has set us up with contacts as he admits he would not be able to do us justice as he focuses on his area and just wow he WELL Big blurb but hard to put our experience in just one sentence. He showed great knowledge of the local market, its trends and the clients that he felt were are potential buyers. His marketing plan was well set out and it worked. There was a large number of open house inspections and the sale was sorted in a short few weeks. As well as this he was very easy to talk to, he made you feel valued and not just another seller.
