McGrath The Forest provided excellent communication and professionalism, and a great result.

Karen, Stephen and the team were excellent to deal with. Communication was first class in terms of frequency, professionalism and warmth. Despite being a very busy agency their dealing with us could give the impression we were their only vendors. Their guidance and support through the complexities of preparing our house for market and then the sales process reduced the stress considerably and ensured that we avoided the many potential pitfalls. The result was a good result in a tough market and happy vendors!

Karen was excellent. Lovely person to work with

Karen was excellent. She helped our family sell our parents house when they moved to residential care. She was very respectful and kind to our parents and very professional with the sale process. She was really pleasant to work with and always kept us informed. She chased all the potential buyers and we had many people and registered bidders at the auction.
