A more than perfect outcome
To say that the experience delivered to us by Craig and his amazing team was outstanding would be an understatement. Upon appointing Craig as our agent, we immediately understood why his clients rate him so highly. Craig was the ultimate professional. His vast experience and exceptional market awareness shone through as he confidently related to us his expectations of what was achievable, along with his plan to make it happen. We had no doubt whatsoever that he could achieve a fantastic result for us... and he delivered in spades! Craig and the team made sure that every part of the sale process was totally stress free for us while they did what they do best, which was to exceed our expectations. We felt like we were getting the VIP treatment because it seemed like the sale of OUR property was their number one priority. We were never left wondering how things were panning out because Craig constantly kept us in the loop with his invaluable and greatly appreciated updates. A couple days after our first (and only) open home Craig was already wrapping up negotiations with the ultimate buyer. Then he then presented us with an offer and terms that culminated in a more than perfect outcome!

Great agent working tirelessly for client
Cayle was great to work with. He worked tirelessly to get people through the door and to get the best price. He adapted really quickly to a couple of setbacks (e.g. our household getting COVID!) and to changing market conditions. He was proactive and kept us in the loop on every step. We are very happy we chose Cayle and would recommend Cayle to anyone looking to sell their property in and around Gordon Park.

Fantastic selling experience
Craig was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire selling process. Having a reliable agent made the experience stress free and enabled us to focus our energy on moving into our new home. Craig's team at McGrath (Madi and Michael) were also fantastic to deal with. Very friendly and very quick to reply/answer any questions. Overall, a great experience!

Cayle sold me a home
I had been searching for ages for the right home, and I knew what I wanted, so when I saw this house I knew I was going to be the buyer. It was a matter of finding a price point that would get the sellers to make that happen. Cayle was forthright (and persuasive!) and didn't try to blindside me with a lot of jargon. The post sale process of signing and deposits occurred without a hitch, and he was happy to help me out when I was at the bank and wanting a "doublecheck" on the bank account for the deposit, and to help get a valuer through the home at my bank's request.

He’s Good.
We inspected a lot of properties in our search for our next family home and Cayle was one of the standout agents over that journey. He was easy to deal with, provided honest input, followed up continuously, and was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking and the market overall. But most of all we could see that he was always working hard for his client which leads us to keep him in mind for in future when selling.
