Very Happy Result
When we decided to sell our house which we owned for 25 years we met with a number of agents they went through their sales spiel and appraisals. Straight away we felt that Christian was on the same page with us as with his sale approach and price range which was vastly different from all of the other agents. We felt that all the other agents just wanted to make a quick sale. The open houses were conducted in a very professional manner and we received positive feed back after each open house. We sold prior to the auction date with a great result thanks to Christian and his team.

Christian and his team at One Agency went above and beyond to make sure they looked after us with every aspect, of the very stressful process, of selling our house. From the initial meeting, to photography of the property, through to the open homes and auction. Christian was a breath or fresh air, and a real pleasure to deal with on the recent purchase of our new home. In this particular circumstance when we were buying, I understand that agents generally work in the sellers favour, however we certainly weren't made to feel this way. Christian has a great friendly demeanour and was able to quickly alay some of our concerns. In general I'm not a fan of buying at auctions, especially don't like it when the agents are trying to draw out more money from the bidders, but I too understand that this is their job.... to get the biggest bang for buck for the vendors. Overall it was a very pleasant interaction and I would certainly recommend Christian.

Professional, efficient, friendly & honest.
After having a hard time finding the right agent (a honest & trustworthy) for us, a friend recommended Christian to us. After meeting Christian we instantly felt comfortable with him. He was professional & completely upfront with us on price & advertising. He's advertising is the best in Wollongong. We had an overwhelming response to he's advertising so it targeted the right buyer for our property. Christian was so helpful in getting our property ready for open house & his assistant Kobi by booking cleaners & anything else we needed. Both Christian & Kobi communication skills are imperative. Which is really essential when selling your property. We sold our house quickly & signing the contracts was easy thanks to Kobi for making the process easier. We found Christian down to earth, friendly, honest & trustworthy. We would highly recommend him to anyone buying, selling or renting. We look forward to working with Christian in the future.
