During the process of selling my property i had the absolute pleasure of collaborating with Christian and the One Agency team. Their professionalism and assertiveness during the process was outstanding. At all times they were completely honest with me and always had my best interests at heart. Their service was above and beyond what i would expect from any real estate firm. I would strongly recommend Zeilder Waller to anyone looking to sell or lease their properties.

We were delighted by the way Christian handled the sale of our property. We appreciated his advice, honesty and frankness and especially his regular, comprehensive feedback along the way. In a market that had softened somewhat since we decided to sell, he achieved what we believe to be a very fair price for us. We would recommend him and OneAgency to anyone looking to sell (or lease) their property.

Christian followed up with me after the viewing with 2 calls which lead to the eventual sale. Prior to his follow up call we had not thought that we could get this house. His proactive approach not only put us in the game, it ended up with a sale/.

We met Christian and the One Agency team when we were looking to purchase a unit in the Wollongong area. During our initial enquiries we received timely responses to our questions that helped us prepare our finances and strategies for auction day. Woo hoo .. we were successful at Auction and absolutely delighted with the after sale support by the team. This helped us prepare for the transaction in a confident and secure manner. It was this confidence that led us to meet with Christian to discuss the upcoming sale of our home now that we had secured our dream unit in an ideal location. I had actually decided on another agent to sell our property but after meeting with Christian and considering the marketing strategy he was proposing, I changed my mind. We signed up and started the work necessary to get the property on the market. This was made all the more difficult for my husband and me because I was due to start an overseas holiday just days before our first open house. My fears that leaving this to my husband would be just too much for me were allayed when Christian provided the perfect solution by using one of his talented team to make sure the property was up to scratch before each showing. The property only took 4 weeks to sell and once again the support provided by One Agency in getting all our documentation etc in order was just fantastic. Give me a call anytime if you want to know more .. Liz Burgess

We were contacted by the agency as part of their database marketing to investors. The property was accurately described and we were given a probable and realistic expected price range for auction. We viewed the property and decided to make a pre-auction offer. Christian negotiated the offer and we successfully purchased the property. It was a great transaction promptly and professionally handled by Christian and the team at One Agency Zeidler Waller. Thank you team.

Christian was honest and insightful with our property and ensured we were comfortable with each step in the sales process. He prospected, evaluated and analysed every potential buyer before negotiating above our target and his expectation. It is the second time we have used Christian, and we highly recommend him.

Could not be happier with One Agency - from start to finish they were professional and I think they're the best realestate agents in the Illawarra!
