Buying and selling at the same time was not a stress free situation, however Christian and his team made it as pain free as possible. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again when the time arises. Thanks guys.

we were very impressed with the professional manner in which our package was presented, the advice provided in regards to styling, presentation and market expectations was right on the mark. Overall we felt a high trust level with Charlie, Christian and the team at One Agency. We were extremely happy with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Christian and the team at One Agency were certainly easy to deal within made the selling process easy to understand. Christian was decisive and transparent throughout the process, providing clear explanations along the way. He always remained friendly with a great sense of humour despite constant questioning by us at every stage. He was also a great help in our search for a new home, taking the time to return calls and provide his opinion or advice when asked. Overall I would certainly recommend working with Christian (and Charlie) if you are thinking of selling in the Wollongong area.

I only have good things to say about Christian and his team. He did everything he said he would and produced a result that was a great surprise. I was always made aware of where we were at and didn't need to ask. He is a hard working agent that is backed by a great team.

Christian, was very easy to work with. Our house sale was not straight forward and he dealt with it beautifully. He also gave us great advise for the purchase of our new home. We are grateful that he worked with us! Elle

Christian and his team were exceptional. He far exceeded our expectations in regard to communication and consultation. We felt like we were in the best hands with Christian and our result is evidence of that. We purchased through Christian and the reason we chose him to sell our house is because he was transparent and honest to us as buyers.
