Or sometimes even feel ripped off. Not so with Andrew and the team. His knowledge of the market is unparalleled, and it is very clear he works as hard as he can to secure the right price for vendors. But as a buyer I found that his no-nonsense approach was a welcome difference. There was no smoke and mirrors, and we didn't feel like we were being treated with contempt (and trust me, nothing puts off a potential buyer more than being openly lied to), and that he didn't wait for us to reach out before trying to secure our price.
