An easy pleasant buying experience

We bought a property listed by Janet McNeill. She is professional, genuine, respectful, patient, attentive, punctual and responsive! She provided excellent service from the beginning, providing us with all we needed for an easy pleasant buying experience. She is very responsive in attending to all our questions and concerns no matter what they were. Always answered our queries in a timely manner and explained procedures in words we could understand, but never made us feel uncomfortable. Moreover, our queries post purchase have been dealt with in a caring way and made us feeling very satisfied. We have been very happy with the service she had provided. I would highly recommend Janet.

An extremely successful and timely result by a friendly, dedicated and professional agent.

From our initial decision to sell our house, Janet McNeill, along with David Kershaw, using their professional wisdom, guided us as to best timing, how to present and market, and at what price. Despite our initial misgivings on some points, their advice proved to be right throughout, and kept us (and them) very busy with the many Open Homes and private viewings, keeping us well informed of each outcome. We were given a wealth of advice when it comes to the many important factors which go to make a house an attractive proposition. We are happy to report that our house sold at a near top asking price within 27 days of going on the market, and we have no hesitation in recommending Janet and David when you consider selling. We couldn't fault.janet& David.

We both felt that because ours was no ordinary sale(I had a granny flat built 5 years ago for my ageing parents) not enough experience was at hand.our sale took much much longer to sell.insufficent information as to what could be done with granny flat.ie yes it could or couldn't be rented out.prospective buyers simply told to contact council which isn't easy.too dificult&people simply give up.too hard.
