While acting within this confine, she provided much helpful information and assistance. She was not over-bearing or forceful in any way. I found it a pleasure to deal with Julie.

Lina made selling our home an easily experience. Lina was in contact with us from start to the end and throughout the whole time . Living interstate Lina help us with extra things eg getting someone to do the yard and gardens. Staging the house with furniture virtually giving the property an opportunity for buyers to see what it would look like was incredible. It was amazing experience with Lina totally professional and Lina knowledge is amazing. If we were to sell our house in Qld I would use Lina that's how happy and enjoyable experience we had. One think I will say Lina isn't about getting another sale she is about making working for the vendor. Which these days is hard to find an agent who does this.
