Dear Mark, it was a great pleasure to let you have the responsibility of selling our family home. We lived in that house for over 70 years and so there was a lot of history contained within its walls, You were very respectful when you asked me as the executor how I wanted to go about engaging the market. You suggested some well thought out plans and you were very prompt in taking photos of the property and getting the information flowing. Your expert knowledge of the local area was amazing and no doubt was a key factor to a quick sale. You arranged the auction date and provided good advertising for the day. As it turned out one of the open days provided a chance for a young couple looking to purchase their first home after years of trying to enter the real estate market unsuccessfully. Mark was fantastic to deal with and seems like a rarity in the real estate world! He was open and honest, and as a first home buyer that made my experience so much less confusing and intimidating. Having dealt with agents for other properties before buying my home from Mark it was really refreshing not to have to navigate smoke and mirrors. He also has really in-depth historical and current knowledge of the area I was looking at (Mayfield/Waratah). All the other staff I dealt with from MDRE were great too.
