Excellent service
We found Mark to be very professional, helpful and friendly. He guided us through the process of choosing and buying our property. I have dealt with a lot of real estates in the past and it was a breath of fresh air to have some one that was honest and respectful. We highly recommend Mark for buying or selling a house, we will definitely be using Mark again.

An excellent sale result
Mark Dowling was very professional from the first day I met him.I trusted his advice on selling, & he was correct.It was a difficult sale asI am in Sydney,& it is an unrenovated house but he communicated constantly, & found a competent conveyancer in Newcastle His selling campaign was flawless & effective, & he employed a top-grade auctioneer.I would highly recommend him

Purchasing a property
I feel fortunate to have purchased our property through Mark. Our house precious experiences with real estate agents hadn’t been great. Mark made us feel comfortable, and felt transparent and fair in the process. We will get back in touch with him if we ever need to buy or sell a house again.

Above and beyond helpful
Mark was helpful from the moment we met, even going so far as to help us find a mortgage broker after we had had a few initial set backs with our existing. He was open with my partner and I about the vendors expectations and was able to put us at ease with some of the delays we had on our end. I would not hesitate in utilising Mark or MDRE for any future buying or selling. He really put us at ease.

Easy to communicate with!
Very easy to communicate with was down to earth and realistic. Was as much for the buyer as they are for the seller. Clearly wanted the best outcome for not parties.

Excellent Customer Service - First Home Buyer
Mark supported myself and my partner in our first home purchase. We are both from Newcastle and have been in Sydney for a number of years, now looking to return home. Mark supported us through the search showing us a number of options and being a genuine support. Entering the property market seemed really daunting and once we foudn the place we wanted we assumed it would be incredibly difficult. Mark was super transparent, he kept us up to date with where we stood and we really did feel the negotiation was a genuine partnership. Couldn't recommend Mark or the MDRE enough!!

Genuine and Helpful
After many Open Homes we purchased through MDRE. Mark and his team were always courteous, approachable and openly provide local knowledge and useful information about the properties they present. Mark was genuinely helpful, returned calls promptly, arranged extra inspections and being available for our building inspector was really helpful.
