Informed and honest
I was very pleased with the transparency of MDRE's fee structure and the weekly updates with feedback from the viewing and from potential buyers. Mark was great at discussing ideas for advertising and re-evaluating the price based on changing market conditions.

Worry Free
I didn’t have to worry about anything. I just called MDRE and Mark took care of it. Regular email updates and phone calls about how the sale was progressing. During negotiations I was setting myself up for a low ball offer, but Mark turned it around to a very happy compromise.

Work effort
Mark was easy to communicate with , readily available to offer advice and answer questions... His efforts in a difficult market were excellent.. he was put into a rock and a hard place after a previous agent had us on cloud nine with pricing only to be deflated 3times .. Mark came in with a realistic figure to start and then a negotiated figure for sale.. overall more than happy to recommend MARK DOWLING and MDRE Real Estate
