Super-easy sale
Selling our property through MDRE was so easy. Mark was super-communicative, gave great advice, and just made the whole process seamless. We talked with Mark months before we put the property on the market, and he put us in contact with the right people to help get the property looking fantastic. Once the property was on the market, the sale was super-fast, and Mark gave us excellent "straight-up" advice that helped navigate the sale in a relatively stress-free way. I would definitely sell through Mark again, and I would feel confident to buy through Mark as well. We listed with Mark on the recommendation of two neighbours who had previously sold through MDRE. They were right - and we definitely add our voice in recommending Mark and MDRE.

A genuinely great agent
Mark helped me through the process of selling my Nan’s house after she had to go into a nursing home with dementia. There is a lot of history and emotion attached to this home and Mark was very empathetic and had a genuine concern for us and finding the right buyers to help us with the process. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough, he’s not just a great agent, he’s a great person, honest, genuine and extremely personable. Despite the circumstances, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
