After having other agents try to sell my house over the last two years, with no success, I approached Robyn at Melanie Stewart Real Estate and explained the problem I have had in selling. After talking with Robyn I agreed to let her try and sell my house, but with a tight timeline and conditions. I was concerned my experience would be just like the other agents, just a lot of talk and no action. Within a week this was proved to be wrong. Robyn was off at full speed and had offers coming in within the first week. To meet my tight timeline of selling Robyn worked all weekend to find and secure a buyer. This included working Sunday afternoon and making phone calls at 9:30pm. I found out later this included missing having dinner with her family. She has since assured me she had her family’s blessings. During the remaining time to settle on the sale Robyn worked closely with myself and the buyers to arrange the required inspections and solve issues caused by council paperwork errors.
