We only met Melanie in relation to one property we looked at but it was THE one. Melanie went to the trouble of coming back later in the day to show us through the house as we couldn't make it to the open for inspection earlier that day. She was quick to discuss our offer with the vendor and worked hard to ensure our offer was accepted. She continued to work hard ensuring inspections happened in a timely manner and so that we could quickly move to exchange. When I expressed the intention of wanting to purchase an investment property, I was provided with the agency's property management guide and a property rental appraisal from Melanie. During the property negotiation process, one of the things that Melanie explained to me was how similar properties that have sold recently are compared with the subject property to provide an appraisal and suggested list price.
