Mel recently sold my parents house and they got our full asking price and the house was sold and exchanged less than a week of the sign going up. The house was sold pre the house going online! Cannot express how happy we were to negotiate with Suzy when purchasing our first home. We had expressed interest in the property before we headed overseas but thought that our absence would rule us out as potential buyers. However, Suzy managed to keep us up to date with everything despite the huge time difference and obvious communication difficulties. She even arranged inspections with Pest and Building Inspectors for us whilst we were away. We could not be more impressed with how Suzy helped us into owning our home!
