I purchased a property through Melanie Stewarts Real-estate last month. During negotiations Melanie was very professional and helpful; she took the stress out of the whole buying, negotiating procedure. I planned to rent the property and as such Melanie gave me an appraisal on the rent I would likely be able to achieve, and she was spot with her pricing, and more accurate that a couple of other local Real-estate Agencies that I spoke with at the time, who quoted a lower rental figure. I have also been dealing with the office staff in regards to a couple of minor improvements to the property and finding a tenant and have found all the staff to be friendly, professional, quick to respond, and nothing is too much trouble for them. I now have a tenant and it happened within a very short time. I would recommend Melanie and all her staff for any Real-estate transaction that you may need to participate in. A PERFECT TEAM
