The team at Melanie Stewart have been wonderful in the way they supported my mother (80 years of age) through a life changing process. The little things like keeping her informed with small chunks of information at a time with greater detail supplied to me (her son) allowed the sales process to happen with minimum fuss. Whilst I was based in Brisbane and mum was alone we both felt in total control of what was happening. I feel confident that we got an above market price due to the belief the sales team had in the value the property offered. Importantly is the after sale experience with assistance in supporting mum with the process of downsizing her contents - sourcing local charities that we can support and allow mum to feel that she is contributing to her community during the transition. All real estate agents should set this as the benchmark for the profession.
