Well what can I say? Melanie is a whirlwind of determination. When she first inspected our run down, out dated house she saw all the positives - large airy sunlit rooms, screened verandah great for entertaining, elevation to get the breezes, solidly built etc etc. I now saw the property in a different light, and yes it was really quite good. So if Melanie could convince ME then she could convince PROSPECTIVE BUYERS. We gave her the reins. WOW . From the Mon we signed over to her it was all go go go.
