I cannot speak more highly of Mel and the way she handled the sale of my house. From the first time I met Mel right up until the sale went through Mel has been incredibly helpful (and patient) and so positive. I knew I could always call to ask any questions I had and throughout the whole process Mel was so reassuring and supportive. Mel's understanding of real estate puts you at ease with trusting her in selling (or buying) a property and she was always proactive in how to market and promote the sale of my house. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mel to others as I believe she is uniquely skilled with what she does and not only professional in her business dealings but is so thoughtful and personal. Melanie knows her 'stuff'
Melanie has negotiated the purchase of a number of properties for us - many of which were not even advertised but she sourced exactly what we wanted within our budget. The best in the biz!
We've known Mel over a number of years and have bought both of our properties (residential and investment) through Mel and couldn't recommend her highly enough looking to buy or sell. Mel is friendly and responsive, knowledgeable and ethical. She was always supportive during the house hunting process and has come up trumps for us every time. Could not have selected a better agent to sell my house than Melanie Stewart Real Estate.
Selling our house at Richmond Hill was a major decision and certainly tugged at our heart strings. We had carried out lengthy research on the area and after getting several appraisals we decided to go with Melanie Stewart. Melanie had been in the business of selling real estate for many years and her knowledge, experience and easy going manner on us over....we felt very comfortable when dealing with her. We knew that houses in this area took a very long time to sell and we were prepared to wait for the right buyer. Melanie called t the house to talk and discuss procedures with us and said she would be back with the appraisal within a few days; he kept to her word. The appraisal was within our expectations. Melanie said that she had buyers the following Wednesday to look at another house and that she would also bring them to see our house. On the day of inspection we left the house and returned to see Melanie's smiling face......our house was sold!!! We were obviously delighted and very happy . All we can say about Melanie is WOW!!! Buying a house with ease.
My wife and I bought a house through Melanie Stewart , although on our side through financial complexities brought about by banking systems , Melanie supported both us and the seller holding communication open and keeping it about what both parties were after. No prospective seller would find a better real estate agent than Melanie Stewart.
Melanie has a wonderfully warm and friendly nature which gave us the confidence that we had made the right choice. Her knowledge of the local market showed from the outset with an effective strategy which achieved a sale in only 3 weeks. She gave us helpful advice about presentation and her attention to detail was noticeable with each viewing. Melanie’s calm professionalism made selling a very positive experience, negotiating a sale price above our expectations. Mel You did a great job

SUPER FAST, EFFICIENT SALE GREAT WORK MEL
