We have engaged Justin's services multiple times over the past 7 years in the Yarra Ranges for both sales and acquisition of residential properties. We have found him to be of the highest integrity and his knowledge of the local property market is second to none. We have no hesitation in recommending Justin and Methven Professional in Mooroolbark to anyone who asks, look no further. Justin goes above and beyond.

I could not be happier with the service Justin and the team gave me. From the very first time we talked to very end Justin gave me all the information I needed in a straightforward many without any false promises. Any questions I had were answered in a friendly efficient professional manner. Can not recommend him highly enough. Give him a go you won’t be disappointed.

Justin is a definitely a “what you see, is what you get” agent. He comes across as genuine, knowledgable and reliable which indeed he proved to be. Despite a few challenges with my sale, he remained confident, encouraging and focused, even when l wasn’t at times. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking a great agent and good result. Thanks Justin!

Greg and the team at the Professionals viewed my property and offered great advice, connected me with recommended trades & advised clearly on what was required (cost effectively) to achieve a great sale price. We listed my property and it was sold in less than 1 week. I put this down to the advice, not rushing the preparation of the property, homestaging & the huge sales team and database that Methven Professionals have access to. Over 30 sales agents visited my house at the famil, meaning it was well known throughout the office. Thanks Greg and the Team.

I hadn’t sold a property for more than 15 years and allowed myself to be guided by Matthew through the process. Matthew explained the local market and what he saw happening, he advised me when to go to market and how to best prepare. I didn’t know that buyers had different expectations from my last sale and Matthew’s advice was spot on. My sale was guided by a well executed plan and was supported by Matthew and the whole team. I am thankful to Matthew and team for their care and understanding towards me , understanding that I wasn’t just selling property but what had been my home.

Matthew was excellent with the campaigning of our home that sold in just 2 weeks, his knowledge of the area and his regular/daily feedback was above our expectations, and we couldn't be any happier with the sale of our home, thanks once again to Matthew & Tammy at Methven Mooroolbark, we would highly recommend Matthew to all!, very happy vendors! :-)

From the time we consulted Matt following the decision to sale our property to the actual sale, Matt always went over and above our expections of a real estate agent. He consistently kept us informed and involved himself in tenancy issues to ensure the property went on the market ASAP. We have no hesitation in recommending Matt to anyone selling a property in the area - fortunately he does not fit the stereotypical real estate mould!
