Regina is amazing. From the moment she walked into our place to give us a valuation we knew she was the one. Nothing was too hard, nothing was ever a problem and it was clear she knew the local market. My kids and dog adored her and the kids loved being involved in the process along the way. They still talk about Regina! When it came time for offers, Regina delivered more than expected. She provides exceptional customer service, goes above and beyond and I would not hesitate to contact her again if we were buying or selling! Thanks again Regina! You are a star!!

Greg and team were recommended by friends From first meeting we knew we were going to be looked after The details provided and knowledge of area was second to none No pressure at all and Greg even suggested ways we could save that predominantly cost the agency The follow up contact was like a mate ringing to see how things were It was all about us with Methvan and Greg The Vendors also commented what a great experience they had and how at ease they were If you are even thinking off selling contact Greg and team

This is my second apartment building project that Patrick has worked with me. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

Given the state of the market this was a relatively hassle free experience thanks to Patrick's knowledge and experience of the local market

We found Patrick via a referral from a friend and were not disappointed with the result achieved. Patrick was supportive and reassuring at a time when we were experiencing a downturn in the market. The end result was about what we expected and allowed us to relocate from the Outer Eastern suburbs to our chosen country town of Maffra.

Patrick has guided us through a complex period of selling our house and has always been calm, helpful and professional. We have always been kept up to date with events and have received courteous answers and good advice to even our most stupid questions. We are very happy to recommend Patrick.

Selling the family home of 50 odd years, was always going to be a tough one...however Patrick was able to keep us to the task at hand, lend support when needed, and guide us through what could have been a very emotional transaction. Instead we were able to sell the home successfully, and move on. Thank You Patrick for a job well done!

Although l had a disappointing beginning, ( due to a downturn in the housing market) Methven Professionals gave me a lifeline which resulted in the sale of my property. All the staff at the Professionals were courteous, positive, and went out of their way to help me achieve the sale of my property. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have just completed the full cycle and have had Patrick as a supportive partner with buying, renting out and then selling a property over a 5 year period. From the very beginning Patrick went out of his way to show us properties that aligned with our needs, gave us great advice and support us every step of the way. We have been extremely thankful to have Patrick part of this experience and highly recommend anyone who is looking, about to rent or selling their home to connect in with him and his team. Thanks for the great experience!

We liked Patrick as soon as he walked in the door. Personable in his approach, well prepared with information about our property and the market. Patrick guided us through the whole process so thoroughly and professionally yet he showed a very personable side that we began to think of him as a friend. We would recommend him without hesitation. The whole team worked as a very professional group which brought an amazing outcome which exceeded our expectations.
