We have no hesitation in recommending Regina and the team at Methven. Honest, reliable, communicative, without the hard sell. Regina has been supportive and helpful beyond expectations both before we were ready to sell, as well as after. She secured a realistic price in a recovering market and worked hard to ensure both parties were happy. She is genuinely caring of her clients and clearly loves her job. She earned our business from the day we met her and we have zero regrets.

Greg has acted as my agent with a few properties now. I always find him easy to deal with and also very honest in his dealings with you. I would highly recommend Greg Earney to assist with selling or buying a property.

We found Matt very helpful and knowledgeable within the market. Matt was honest from the start with our appraisal and didn’t give us a figure that couldn’t be achieved. We are really happy with the sell price and everything Matt and The professionals team did for us.

We consulted with Matthew regarding the sale of our property. His advice regarding property presentation and management of the tenants was top notch. The house was listed and sold almost immediately for considerably more than our expectations. The whole process was pain free and Matthew willingly made the hour long journey to our house on several occasions to ensure we were fully informed and that required paperwork was completed punctually. Throughout the whole process Matthew was friendly and never once did we feel pressured.

I have been dealing with Greg and the staff at Methvens Mooroolbark for several years to handle residential and commercials rentals and sales. In each department the level of professionalism is excellent, they are reliable and knowledgeable and their attention to detail is unsurpassed. We have sold 3 units over the past 3 units with Greg as our selling agent and each time the price and result has exceeded our expectations, being above our price and sold within 2 weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for Rentals or Sales.

Regina went well beyond our expectations when selling our family home of 35 years. She was very respectful when it came to our emotional attachment to this house and never made us feel pressured was very mindful of our fears and made what was a very difficult time so much easier. The respect she showed us and our late mum will never be forgotten. I have no hesitation recommending Regina and her team to those wanting a more personal, understanding touch.

We have had mixed experiences with other agents, but Matt was very approachable and upfront with us from the beginning. Matt was happy to answer any questions we had & arranged times for us to inspect the property privately when required. The process of writing a formal offer and progressing through the sale was very clear and transparent. Would highly recommend Matt's services to anyone buying or selling.

We experienced Patrick as friendly and approachable in his real estate role. Patrick cared about the property he was selling and was able to speak to the properties features as gifts of the home. Patrick made himself accesssble in times that were suitable to us and made the purchasing a joyful experience. Patrick encouraged us to write to the homeowner making the sale more personal to the home owners and us. Both Symond and I felt celebrated by Patrick at the under offer, sold and move in day, receiving a gift and kind words. We would highly recommend Patrick for his professional and yet friendly manner.
