Patrick was always very honest with us and he was very knowledgeable about sales in our area. He was always a phone call away and was always able to provide whatever support and knowledge we needed. Patrick was recommended to us and we in turn would recommend Patrick to others. We sold in 10 days. We are very happy.

Patrick was a delight to work with. He showed great knowledge of the market for the area and time. He was very reassuring when I was nervous and helpful when I was unsure. Even with a broken foot he managed to stay on top of everything required to make my sale as easy and comfortable as possible. My house was on the market for only a week and I was very happy to accept an offer that was well over my asking price. I would recommend Patrick to anyone looking to sell or buy in Mooroolbark and surrounding areas.

Assisted and explained the sale process with clarity and was able to explain the market behavior. Was able to guide me through some of the difficult buyer questions and ultimately produced a great outcome. Would definitely use Justin again.

Our property went on the market as the market fell substantially. Regina was patient with our persistence to hold out until it recovered somewhat, rather than accepting a huge loss. We did sell at a lower than expected price due to the market but Regina persisted with us, supported us and found us the right buyer after a long campaign.
