David is a great person to deal with. He goes above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he understands the true meaning of customer service. He is great with communication and will follow through very quickly with any requests for information. He is upfront and honest and he puts people at ease. He knows the Kedron market better than anyone because he lives there. From a buyers perspective I could not have been happier. We will likely engage David's son Callum to sell our property when the time comes in about 20 years.

The whole written offer was rushed (completed a full contract at our first offer meeting) and after our offer was accepted, no other contact with Michael was made. Not only did Michael missed our pre-settlement inspection which was pre-arranged by his office, and his assistant only turned up when I called to remedied them of the appointment. The office failed to get my name right when inviting me to complete this honest review. Would not recommend this agency to handle my future transactions.

As the case may be for us, we actually bought our first house through David many years ago. At the time we were so focused on buying our first home we had little awareness of who the agent was. When it came time to sell however we were far more aware of the potential agents we could have engaged. From our initial meetings with David it was clear he was a straight shooter and would be the best person for us. His approach is honest, relaxed and open. As he stated to us, he likes to be realistic with sellers objectives and then aims to over deliver. This was certainly the case from our experience. From the selection of sales strategy to running of open homes it was professional and efficient. As we had excellent long-term tenants at the time, he was also very conscious of the situation and how to best manage this for all parties, he even assisted with identifying new rental options for the relocating tenants. David conducted a great sales campaign that ended with an auction result that truly delivered. We were kept informed at every stage which made the process very simple and stress free. We now reflect on when we were buyers with David that he also treated us with the same professionalism when buying and that this is just who he is as a person which comes through in how he conducts himself in the marketplace. If you want to partner with an agent who you can trust and delivers on his commitments, go with David.
