David has demonstrated outstanding professionalism and efficiency in arranging everything in order to successfully list my property on the market. The contract was exchanged on the second day after the 1st ever open inspection at a record price. That's enough said. I would definitely recommend David and his team to anyone who wants to sell their beloved property.

David's performance in selling our unit ion Zetland was excellent from beginning to end. His knowledge of the Zetland market is second to none and he also did an excellent job updating our unit with new carpets etc and in general marketing the property. This meant the property sold for $975,000 which was a record for the whole of Zetland! Outstanding work, I would be more than happy to recommend him to anybody who is looking to sell in the future.

Thank you so much David and Peter. Can I just say that the both of you have been a real pleasure to deal with throughout the entire sale process. As you would be aware, there are other agents in the area that I could have gone with however the choice for me was always a very clear one. In short, having bought into Victoria Park in late 2004 I have watched Martin Property actively contribute in a very positive way to the wonderful place it is today. It was obvious that your company was in for the long haul. Those of us who have lived through the dirt and dust and noise as the buildings and parks were established also witnessed Martin Property facilitating the amazing social network and community spirit that is so clearly evident in 2015. There was never a choice for me when I rented out my property for a short term a few years ago and that experience only confirmed that I was sticking with you when I decided that the time had come to sell my much loved property. Your sales advice was honest and made sense and you made the entire process very easy: your knowledge of local professionals and trades I could trust to prepare to put the property on the market resulted in a timely and high quality result. Basically I just let you get on with what you do best and it was seamless and highly professional. Most importantly, your advice was honest and I really appreciated that. The result is a great price for me and a very happy purchaser. Thank you :-) Carmel Macpherson
