Had a really good experience with David, he made great recommendations in terms of getting presentation of the apartment better and achieved an excellent sale price only 4 days after the first open house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David to anyone wanting to sell a property.

Very pleased with the service David provided during the recent purchase of my unit in Zetland. David has excellent communication skills and is obviously very knowledgeable of the area. The standard ‘estate agent’ stereotype, he is not. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Thanks.

David has provided a very professional service. His market knowlwedge and experience of the local area meant that we were able to get a price that we wanted and were happy with. Our property was placed on the market and sold a week later. David suggested a styling company and this paid off. Thank you. David was always professional in his manner , he returned phone calls promptly and was able to answer all our questions in relation to what was required with selling the property. Congratulations to david for making another record price, highest 1 bedroom unit in the Rosebery area. I would not hesitate recommending David to friends I know who are thinking of selling.

Micheal Xylas recently presented, marketed and sold our family home under the hammer at auction. It was quite an emotional time for my brothers and I as this had been the family home since 1965. I was impressed with the way Michael conducted the whole campaign as well as his communication and patience throughout. This was important to me in particular as I live interstate and was reliant on honest feedback. The overall outcome and experience was excellent and I would have no hesitation recommending Michael Xylas as an agent to anyone I know.

I have had professional dealings with Michael Xylas and MGM Properties for over seven years and have found his market knowledge and selling skills excellent. Michael is also a frank and sincere agent. I could not say the same for many in the residential property market - especially where I live in Victoria. Michael gets results too! So I have no hesitation recommending Michael Xylas to any prospective vendor or buyer
Michael Xylas
Having engaged 3 agents to deliver a sale, I found Michael and team to the most direct and confident, hence the selection to proceed with MGM. A very quick sale was forthcoming (one week) which was a terrific result.
