My first contact goes back three years ago, when David Bettini and Jeremy Martin called over to give appraisal on my unit. At that time I was just interested on market value and potential cost. They explained the process in great detail, giving a favorable indication of market value. I decided this year the time was good to move and decided to contact David for update on market value. After a compassion with other agents, I was totally comfortable with David handling the sale. This was really important to me having lived in the same place for 15 years.
