Peter has been super helpful throughout the whole buying process. He went the extra mile to ensure that everything was on track from the very beginning to handing me the keys. I would highly recommend Peter and Martin Property to family, friends and all!

From the moment that I advised Martin Property that I wanted to sell my unit, that they had been managing, David, Peter and Jamie took immediate control. I left the whole process in their hands and they acted with great professionalism and urgency. I trusted their judgement and advice as to any work necessary to take the property to market and with all showcasing, dressing and marketing necessary. The result proved and confirmed my judgement and trust with an immediate and great result. Martin have always been an excellent agent in managing my investment properties and now with David managing the sale process with support from Peter and Jamie, they have confirmed in my eyes their reputation as the best agent in the area.

We had the pleasure of having David and his team conduct the sale of our home in Zetland. David,Peter and Jamie were enthusiastic, confident, realistic and highly professional in their approach and conduct. The house presentation advice was spot on and Davids assessment of price and market conditions was very accurate. In an increasingly difficult selling climate they worked hard and obtained a great result for us. We highly recommend Martin as and agency and David as well as his team to anyone wishing to sell their property. Bill and Nina

Martin Property has been looking after the leasing arrangements for my apartment and I hired David to oversee its sale. David was very knowledgeable about the state of the property market in the Zetland/Waterloo area. The listing he organized appeared very professional and he managed to sell the apartment after the first showing! He also managed to obtain a price that I was very happy with. Overall, I was very impressed with the way in which the sale was handled and I thought I received an outstanding service.

David and the team at MARTIN have been fantastic to deal with. They were able to work with our timeline and organise all the renovations to be done in such a short space of time. This really helped us immensely so that we didn't have to worry about anything. It was very much, sign the agreement, hand over the keys and just watch David work his magic. Thank you for a great sell.
