I met James when he showed me through a home. From the first call, he was attentive and efficient. Even though the home wasn’t for us, he followed up regularly with other options he had seen and organised viewings, something unusual in this busy market. When the time came to sell my home, it was a no-brainer that he had the integrity to work hard to get the best outcome not just the first easy sale. James was great at negotiating. We commenced the development at 82 Arkwell St at a very challenging time in the property market, and had serious concerns about the success of the development and well as the sales prices. James gave us a high-level plan of action and followed through on that plan throughout the entire process. It gave us the peace of mind we needed. I found his knowledge of the local property market to be exceptional and on top, he is a very likeable person…always fun to be around. He created a really effective marketing campaign for us and you can’t argue with the results! All of the prices were well above our target! Couldn’t be happier with engaging James as the manager and sales agent! It was the best decision we made. But…one of the best things about him is his communication and work ethic. I really never had to worry about him not following through on what he said. He just always gets it done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and his team, I’m certainly looking forward to working with them again.

When we first really considered selling, we were a little worried about how our house would present given its age and the work required to get it to a strong saleable state, but more importantly, we worried about getting the price we would be happy enough with as the market was so unpredictable. We instantly felt very comfortable with James, as he was such a genuine, likeable and easy going guy who didn’t give off a traditional real estate agent vibe at all. I said to myself, yep I would buy from him...so then and there I said to my wife, let’s go with him. The main difference between James and the others agents who we’ve met with was he never made us feel pressured. He is very genuine and demonstrated very strong industry knowledge without sounding arrogant like some others. We were really happy with James as he understood how to market our property and drive competition in order to get a number of strong offers on the table, ultimately landing us a great sale price. We couldn’t be happier and we’ve already recommended him to our friends and neighbours.
