I purchased my property through Kris at Michaelkris Real Estate, and I cannot say enough about the ongoing help and support he provided throughout and after the process. It felt as if Kris had a genuine, vested interest in ensuring the purchase of my home was seamless and worry free. However, prior to getting to this point, what I liked most about Kris, is his honesty. After listening to my situation and what I was after, he suggested the particular house I was interested in may not be the best fit, and offered to show me others he had available. He even provided me with advice on what he thought would be perhaps ‘better’ and provided me with options and suggestions regarding the market, even if this meant I would not be buying through him. I did buy through him, and his willingness to work and go the ‘extra mile’ to help me out was, and is very much appreciated.
