We were very happy with Con’s approach to the sale of our house at Aberfoyle Park, but feel it may have been out of Michaelkris’ area. Con’s work ethic was great and we appreciated all that he did for us and in the end we were comfortable with the price that he managed to deal for us. We hope that if we see the need for his expertise again he would consider dealing with us. (Hopefully it is not a nursing home).

Michael has been a pleasure to work with. He is on top of the market and gave us some really good advice right from the start, even prior to the construction phase of the project. His understanding of purchaser requirements in our area gave some excellent insight into the planning and design stages, which gave us a great foundation to build with the confidence that the house we were building for sale would meet local purchaser expectations. The house sold during the construction phase and the purchaser was one of many interested parties that Michael showed through the property. We achieved a very good price for a well designed/constructed property and Michael's input and effort into that outcome was exceptional.
