He sold 4 of my houses over the last couple of years, very approachable ,great communicator , he kept me informed all the time as to what was going on. Con was able to sell our property for a price which we were happy with. He was very patient with us despite us being difficult vendors a times. Never did we feel obligated or pressured to take any offer that we were not comfortable with. We genuinely felt that he had our best interest at heart. He has a great knowledge of the industry and is happy to share this with vendors/purchasers. Con provides honest feedback and not necessarily just that you want to hear like agents typically do. The fees associated with Con services were extremely competitive and the best we found of any reputable agent. My wife and I could not recommend Con highly enough and would definitely use him again on any future sales!
