we have been owners of a rental property managed by Michaels Real Estate for a number of years and feel they know us well and understand our philosophy as owners ( even though we are a long distance from Bundaberg) communication is regular and concise especially when our tenants have issues that need attendance.

Codee was extremely helpful and explained everything to us clearly and gave us plenty of opportunity to ask any questions we had. Other staff also went above and beyond after we asked to change the lease agreement to add our son onto it.
