Recently I have sold an inner city apartment using the MICM’s sale agent, Faith Chang. I was very impressed with her professionalism throughout the process. It was one of the those rare experiences where everything was delivered exactly as promised and even better. On our first discussion Faith has indicated the target price range and the timeframe in which the sale is likely to be secured. On the very first inspection she had a verbal offer which was negotiated and secured in the next couple of days. Faith helped me to negotiate the price at the high end of the range previously indicated. She kept me informed throughout the process, consulted as appropriate and provided useful guidance on the particulars of the deal. I would also like to mention the excellent coordination and communication between different department of MICM. My apartment was rented for a number of years through MICM, we consulted with Tarryn, who looked after rent, on the repairs and maintenance that would need to be done pre-sale to achieve the better price and passed this comments onto Faith. All required work has been done seamlessly and in a very short period of time, all organized by MICM. The entire sale process from the first communication to the end result has taken just over a month with the very satisfactory result. I am very grateful for the assistance provided by Faith and would definitely recommend her and MICM for similar transactions.

We first met Faith when we started looking for apartments in town in early 2014. As we were moving from the suburbs we had little knowledge of the apartment scene and hence were really pleased with the support and patience that Faith showed us as we floundered around. When we did finally purchase it was unfortunate that Faith didn't have the apartment on her books - but over 18 months later and still with a casual relationship we finally purchased another through Faith.
