Having been impressed by Jen’s professionalism, knowledge, communication and efficiency when i first met her, I sought out and engaged her services when i finally decided to sell my property some two years later. She was, as expected, efficient, communicative and professional throughout the process. However, instead of dealing with just her as i had expected, a colleague (or 2) from Mcim would join in the weekly video updates. Not only was this not something we had bargained for, we felt it also put pressure on us to reduce the price more than we were comfortable with.
