Qiao is knowledgeable of the local market and the trends. She was very clear on communicating the expectations and when there were offers below the expected range, she gave good advice on whether to accept such offers or not but still left the decision to me. Faith is the best real estate agent we've ever worked with (and we've had a lot). She has a great understanding and depth of knowledge.
