I had the pleasure of working with Faith with the recent sale of my apartment in the Melbourne CBD. Faith persevered until she obtained the offer we wanted! We were very disadvantaged by the fact that an outside agent obtained a listing in this area that Faith has dominated. (and excelled in) The other agent sold a unit for well under the expected price range, so it was then very difficult for us to achieve the price that was previously in the appraised range. However, Faith used her skills to negotiate, and we had a successful outcome, which met our expectations. We would highly recommend Faith, she knows her area well. She also provided us with ongoing appraisals for the previous few years before bringing our unit to the market.
