Jen Lin Lau was polite, respectful and very proficient with her Sales and Marketing. I received comprehensive reports after every Open and a summary of every viewer every week. Jen made all necessary arrangements which was very helpful to me. The Auction day was very busy but a lot of extra MICM staff were present to shepherd potential buyers and viewers prior to the auction time. Jen made sure I was taken care of and made extra efforts to support buyers so that the auction achieved a good final price for me.

We were really impressed with MICM and Natalia. On our house hunt we had so many negative experiences with other agencies, who did not seem to care about the buyer, underquoted, and even had illegal auctions. Natalia was a great contrast, very responsive, patient with our needs and friendly.
